What do I do if I receive the wrong order?
If you receive the wrong order, please write to us at ateliemuza@abv.bg and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
What is the return policy?
All purchased items can be returned within 14 days as long as they are undamaged and in perfect condition - as they were sent to you.
The amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer to an account previously specified by you or to the card with which you paid (does not apply to the "cash on delivery" option). Return approval and refund period: 14 days after we receive the shipment.
What are the return conditions?
To return your order, you must cover the shipping costs yourself, using the same method and courier as it was delivered. This means that after evaluating a returned item, we will only refund the amount you paid for it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the remoteness of the location.
What are the possible payment methods?
We offer the possibility of payment by credit and debit card, as well as cash on delivery for delivery by courier.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, deliveries of orders from Atelie Muza are possible to all settlements in Bulgaria.
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, you do not need to register to place an order. You only need to submit your contact and delivery details for us to send your order.
Is there a physical Atelie Muza store where the products can be seen and purchased?
Yes. Many of the products can also be found at our physical address in the city of Plovdiv, Central district, "Magura" street, 3A. Every weekday between 10:00 and 19:00.
Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Sunday from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Atelie Muza was established in 2014 in the city of Plovdiv to bring together authors from Bulgaria and present them to a wider audience. To support and create art in all its forms.
