It is possible for the customer to receive an item previously returned by another person. However, we guarantee that the same item was in perfect and unused condition when returned. If this was not the case, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return/exchange and accordingly would not send goods in an unfit condition to our customers.
In case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the Website, the customer can either exercise the right of withdrawal or apply the Denina Mártin Collection guarantee of conformity, which, where appropriate, will result in an exchange or refund (in whole or in part) which has been invoiced/paid.
Shopping
